Sales Manager - Leeds - 39 hrs

Our Sales Managers are responsible for multi million pound turnover departments, which could encompass Cosmetics, Womenswear, Accessories, Childrenswear, Menswear and our Home department. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you will lead and inspire your own sales team in order to deliver outstanding levels of customer service and to maximize selling opportunities consistently. You will ensure product availability is maximized whilst also maintaining visual excellence at all times.
As a highly proactive, organised and efficient individual, you will draw upon your strong commercial understanding and experience in order to solve problems and to make effective decisions. Your exceptional communications skills will enable you to coach and lead your team to succeed and exceed all company expectations. With an open mind approach, you will act as a positive change advocate for Debenhams as a company.
