Location: Croydon Surrey Dining Pub
Salary: Up to £22,000 plus tips
Chef de Partie required for an immediate start at this Country Dining Pub set in a village just outside of Croydon.
This is a great opportunity for a chef to develop their CV and demonstrate the ability to produce simple but full flavour cooking with a small team. We are looking for someone with a keen interest in food and a great personality to share their passion. Ideally with the ability to keep calm, work well under pressure and encourage the best from the rest of the team.
As Chef de Partie you will be expected to have a stable background with at least 3 years’ experience in all fresh, ideally rosette standard restaurants. This is a live out position and may suit anyone living in the Croydon, Epsom, Sevenoaks or Crawley areas.
