As a Territory Sales Executive, you’ll join our Out-of-Home Sales team, which works closely as a unit and is collectively ambitious for its brand. Working with a range of products that will inspire you, you’ll be assigned an M25/M4 territory with a single post-code patch. 90% field based but with ad hoc meetings at our Gatwick Head Office, you’ll manage your own diary and day-to-day workload with accountabilities including:
• On-the-road business development, with some leads from head office
• Generating appointments, whilst pitching the business, products and after-sales offer
• Building rapport and relationships for repeat business.
We’re looking for a passionate, driven sales professional with a real grasp of the retail and competitive environment in which Nespresso operates. Able to identify and win new business rapidly, build strong relationships with new customers and develop existing client relationships, you ideally have experience of working with large Corporate organisations, although we are happy to consider those from a different background with the requisite skill-set. Sales savvy and target driven, with a personality, you’re passionate about sales, business development and relationship management:
• Self-motivated and used to working on your own
• Confident at dealing with people at all levels
• Highly organised, personable and ambitious
Nestlé has a strong benefits package which includes, for this role, a base salary of £26,000 pa + OTE, a company car, a competitive pension, up to 5% bonus and 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays.
