Salary: £20,000 per annum plus tips & live in
Location: Exeter, Devon
Chef de Partie required for this Fine Dining Hotel located in Devon which has a New Head Chef who is pushing for three Rosettes and Michelin Star.
Our client is looking for a Strong trained Chef de Partie to complete their brigade working alongside the New Head Chef continuously pushing standards in their destination restaurant.
As Chef de Partie you will be expected to be a total professional being Calm, organised, and an excellent communicator whilst having the technical skills required to maintain standards and push on for new accolades.
To apply for this position you need to have a proven track record in a minimum of 2 - 3 Rosette kitchens and have a stable background.
