Salary: Up to £22,000 plus tips
Location: Kettering, Northamptonshire
Junior Sous Chef required to join this County House Hotel with a recently appointed Head Chef as he pushes for 2 Rosettes.
The Head Chef is looking for a Junior Sous Chef with previous experience of cooking with all fresh ingredients, ideally with previous experience of cooking to Rosette standards.
As Junior Sous Chef you will be expected to complete daily prep lists and supervise Chef de Parties and Commis Chefs ensuring all daily prep is completed and assist with the daily running of the kitchen
There is no live in available for this position so it would suit anyone living in the Kettering, Thrapston, Wellingborough, Market Harborough or possibly Northampton area with their own transport.
