Senior Sous Chef Stamford Lincolnshire upto 29k Plus Live In Tips and Bonus

Chef Selection are looking for a talented Senior Sous Chef / Head Chef to work alongside the hands on Executive Head Chef who oversees 2 award winning properties.

This stunning hotel has a achieved a fantastic reputation in the town for the quality and consistency of the food served. The hotel has good all year round restaurant trade and a busy wedding season, so is looking for somebody capable of cooking 2 - 3  Rosette standard cuisine and feel equally comfortable sending a function for 80 – 120 guests.

The Executive Chef is looking for a Senior Sous Chef who is an excellent communicator and keen to help build and motivate a team. Somebody, who will regularly contribute ideas to the ongoing menu development and manage the kitchen on a daily basis.

Temporary live in is available for at least 3 months if required to let somebody relocate if required, the position would also suit anyone living in the Stamford, Peterborough, Grantham, Kettering or Oakham area with their own transport if required.


Excellent Basic Salary of £27,000 - £29,000 (depending upon experience)
Annual bonus paid out quarterly
