Front Of House Apprentice - Sunbury Leisure Centre, Sunbury-on-Thames

30 hours per week

We currently have a vacancy at Sunbury Leisure Centre for a Front of House Apprentice. The role will be to help promote the SLM vision, values and beliefs, to deliver the SLM business strategy and be accountable for the experience the customer receives on every visit to the site.

The roles main objectives are:

  • To ensure that Everyone Active members visiting and telephoning Sunbury Leisure Centre receive world class customer service by offering a warm and friendly welcome every time.
  • Deliver a customer experience that generates customer compliments.
  • To proactively promote the Everyone Active brand and Everyone Active Online and all the benefits across all visitors to the centre
  • To deliver consistent application of financial processes at Front of House
  • To assist the Management in ensuring all regional data key performance indicators are achieved
  • To assist the Management to ensure that site presentation is in line with brand guidelines
  • We are seeking passionate, highly capable individuals who are committed to making a difference.
  • To assist with this you will complete an Apprenticeship in Customer Service and gain the following nationally recognised qualifications.
  • Employment Rights and Responsibilities
  • NVQ level 2 mandatory and optional units
  • Functional Skills in Maths and English (if you have GCSE’s at C or above in these subjects you may be exempt from this element of training).
  • Technical Certificates at level 2
