Chef de Partie 2 Rosette Dorset Upto 22k plus Tips
Chef de Partie required for this Deluxe Country House Hotel in Dorset Serving a regular 60 - 80 covers with a very talented Head chef at the helm.
The Head Chef is looking for a Chef de Partie with good all-round experience in a good hotel, ideally with Rosette experience. If you can demonstrate a natural flair for cooking, ideally with strengths in Larder or Pastry, are enthusiastic and keen to help the team maintain and improve standards, call me today.
As Chef de Partie you will be expected to have at least 3-4 years stable background in 4 Star Hotels, ideally within Rosette kitchens.
The Hotel is part of a small group of privately owned hotels that have fantastic reputations for food and high class service, so you may have future promotion opportunities.
As Chef de Partie you will be expected to complete daily prep lists and supervise Commis and/or Demi Chefs. Depending on your experiences you may be given the opportunity to showcase some of your own ideas.
