Chef de Partie 1 Rosette Ascot Berkshire upto 20k plus tips and live in

Chef de Partie for this busy Hotel and Leisure complex with casual dining concept, midweek corporate and weekend wedding and leisure customers. This property already has one rosette but the chef is keen to push on for more.

Our client is looking for someone with previous experience as a Chef de Partie working with all fresh ingredients in a busy high volume property. Rosette experience would be an advantage. The Head Chef would consider a strong demi chef looking for a step up if they have the right attitude to learning new skills and being developed.

As Chef de Partie you need to have good all round skills and have the ability to run sections. You may have the opportunity to showcase some of your own ideas, depending on experience.

Most importantly as a Chef de Partie we are looking for a team player, someone with a real passion for cooking and with the patience to help train this into juniors.

Live in is available but this position may also suit anyone living in the Ascot, Bracknell, Staines-Upon-Thames, Woking and Reading areas.
