A talented Sous Chef to help lead, motivate and inspire Turtle Bay Chefs to serve fantastic Caribbean inspired 100% Fresh food. With your team of chefs you will be making all guests happy, so that they leave with happy faces and their spirits lifted, returning time after time as friends. The Cocktail Bar has an extensive Cocktail Menu, all free pouring and it is always as busy as the Restaurant, Vibrant and Electric atmosphere.
