Chef de Partie needed for this Stunning 2AA Rosette Country House Hotel and Spa which is set in amazing landscaped gardens in Kent. We are looking for a Chef de Partie who works as a team player and who can work well under pressure. As Chef de Partie you will be able to run our section and teach junior members of staff. The brigade consists of 9 Chefs who are all very passionate about producing their Awarding winning menus all under the guidance of a passionate and enthusiastic Head Chef.
We are looking for a Chef de Partie with previous experience and a stable two or three years background in an all fresh hotel or restaurant. Rosette experience would be an advantage but it is not essential for the right candidate who is organised and passionate about what they do. Demi Chefs with relevant experience looking for a step up will be considered.
This role would suit a Chef de Partie looking for his or her next positive career move.
Live in is available for this position if required but it may also suit someone living in the Dartford, Sevenoaks, Maidstone areas.
Excellent Basic Salary Up to £17,000
