Over the last few years my client has gone from strength to strength since opening its doors in 2007 they have grown slowly selecting only the best sites to open in, and are now running with 12 restaurants.
You will be working in a high paced kitchen with Turnovers could reach up to £40,000 per week, As Sous chef you will be overseeing the Smooth running of the kitchen alongside the Head Chef, including all Stock, rotas ordering etc. You will ideally also have a working knowledge of FnB shop plus Fourth Hospitality.

Your salary is very competitive and will be made up of a basic (£22,000 - £24,000 plus around £5,000 tronc. per year)
