Chef de Partie Kidderminster Worcestershire upto 16K Plus Tips (approx. 2.5k per year) and Live In
Our client is looking for a Chef de Partie to complete the team at this luxury country Hotel serving steady restaurant covers along with small functions. The chef is keen to push for multiple rosettes in the coming months.
As Chef de Partie you will need previous experience of cooking with all fresh ingredients, previous rosette is not essential if you can demonstrate good cooking skills. The Head Chef will consider a Demi Chef de Partie with relevant experience looking for a step up. Strengths in sauce, garnish and larder would be advantageous.
As Chef de Partie you will be working as part of the team assisting with daily Prep and ensuring that your section is clean, organised and ready for service.
There is live in available for this position if required but would also suit anyone living in the Kidderminster, Worcester, Leominster, Hereford, Ludlow or Birmingham areas.
Excellent Basic Salary upto £16,000 (depending upon experience)
Generous staff tips, approx. 2.5k per year
