Sous Chef is required for this town centre Fine Dining Hotel Restaurant with a superb reputation for superb well executed dishes that are always created from fresh local seasonal ingredients with refined presentation.
As Sous Chef you should have a good background with previous experience of cooking with all fresh ingredients ideally gained in Rosette, Michelin or Good Food Guide standard properties.
The Head Chef is looking for somebody who understands the importance of consistent attention to detail and who can keep a calm head under pressure and has the ability to encourage the team to focus on getting every detail of the dishes cooked correctly.
The Head Chef is also looking to work closely with the Sous Chef bouncing ideas off each other and generally creating a good working relationship. The Head Chef has a solid background and has achieved numerous awards so this could be a great opportunity for somebody looking to either step up in position or get into a more refined kitchen.
