Brewers Fayre Freebridge Farm, Kings Lynn is on the lookout for an experienced Kitchen Manager. If you are looking for a great opportunity to deliver and perform in one of our flagship restaurants then this role is perfect for you.

You'll be responsible for leading, inspiring and coaching the kitchen team whilst ensuring the rest of your back office responsibilities are kept in line with company standards.

Whilst every single member of our restaurant teams is vital to our ongoing success, you'll be ensuring that our food remains the hero of our story. Because you won't just be wowing our guests with your cooking prowess. You'll be managing, training and inspiring your team to deliver amazing food, on spec and on time, every time.

Not only that, you'll also play a vital role as a member of the wider restaurant management team. So that means adding a dash of initiative and new ideas. A good dollop of commercial savvy. And bringing it all to the boil to ensure that everyone's working together to Serve Up Great Memories.
