Chef de Partie Aberdeen Scotland Upto 18k Straight shifts overtime paid

Our client is looking for a Chef de Partie for this very busy and popular Hotel in Aberdeen serving a good number of both corporate and leisure customers.

The ideal Chef de Partie candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years’ experience working in a fresh food Kitchen across all sections. As Chef de Partie you will require a strong and dependable personality and the ability to work under pressure to deliver exceptional food in a very active Kitchen. The Head Chef may consider a Demi Chef looking for a step up.

As Chef de Partie you will be expected to complete daily prep lists and supervise Commis and Demi chefs. Depending on your experiences you will be given the opportunity to showcase some of your own ideas. This hotel serves a lot of functions so experience in all fresh, high volume kitchens is a must.

This is a live out position and would suit anyone living in Aberdeen or someone with their own transport living in the Cruden Bay, Stonehaven or Inverurie areas.


Excellent Basic Salary Up To £18,000 (depending on experience)
40 hour contract, overtime paid
Straight shifts
Uniforms & Meals on Duty
28 Days Holiday
