Stock Movement Supervisor - Leeds OSW - 36.5 hrs
Our Stock Movement teams play a vital role in ensuring that we maximise our selling opportunities and profitability within the store by ensuring that stock is delivered to the store in a timely and accurate manner, and that the stock is then processed to our stock rooms and sales floor as and when required, ensuring that all processes and locations meet required health and safety guidelines.
As a Stock Movement Supervisor you will report directly to the Selling Support Manager and be responsible for the day to day running of the stock movement team. Through the coaching and development of each of the Stock Movement team you will need to ensure that all stock is processed and distributed to the relevant areas so ensuring that product availability on the sales floor is maintained at all times.
You will be a positive and confident individual, who has an organised and flexible approach, with the ability to work effectively under pressure. You will have the skills to coach colleagues, to solve problems and make effective decisions, delegating where appropriate. An understanding of retail and operational procedures is essential and you will need to be numerate as well as computer literate.
The role can involve working at heights, using ladders and heavy lifting.
