Demi Chef de Partie Banbury Oxfordshire upto 18k Plus Tips and Free Live In

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Demi Chef de Partie to complete the team at this superb country Inn located between Banbury and Stratford-Upon-Avon.

This is an excellent position for someone with good cooking skills that is keen to gain experience leading a team as you will be responsible for running the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef.  You will be working in a small team so knowledge and experience in every section is required for this role. As Demi Chef de Partie, you will need to have a hands-on approach and be keen to learn.

The Head Chef is looking for a motivated and keen individual that he can train up. You will have the opportunity to help with menus and get really involved in the running of the kitchen. If you have experience in working with fresh ingredients, are able to work well under pressure and motivate others, this could be the job for you. The Head Chef may consider a strong Commis Chef looking for a step up.

There is live in available for this position but it may also suit anyone living in the Banbury, Royal Leamington Spa, Stratford-Upon-Avon and Moreton-In-Marsh areas with their own transport.
