Sous Chef (Temp) - London
Temp Sous Chef - events - up to £15.00
Change Group is looking to recruit experienced events Sous chefs to work for well-know VIP clients in the most famous London event venues.
We are seeking for an experienced Sous chef to work alongside the senior team, be in charged with daily kitchen operations, health and safety systems, team motivation and stock control.
As a Sous Chef you will have stable working background in high end/ volume establishments within hospitality and catering industry.
Attention to detail and a passion for food is a must. Candidates must be energetic, hardworking, have experience in a busy environment and perform well under pressure.
This role can lead to on-going temp work with as much a 50+ hours per week.
As a Sous you will be required:
* Have at least 3-4 years experience working in similar position
* Be able to hold and run the kitchen
* Have great knife skills
* Work to your highest standard at all time
* Be eligible to work in UK
* Chef Whites and Safety Shoes
* UK bank account and National Insurance number
What we offer to our Sous:
* Hourly wage from £12.00-£16.00 ph
* Weekly pay

* PAYE - National insurance contribution
