Following extensive refurbishment and a transformational change Fuller’s is re-opening their flagship Canary Wharf pub and restaurant, The Tea Merchant.
Previously famous for its Quayside location, fantastic atmosphere and customer service the Tea Merchant will still embody these attributes however add to its repertoire a fresh, seasonal, daily changing food offer and bespoke spirits range and premium wine list.
The restaurant will feature a state of the art, open kitchen with chefs tables and brasserie style seating to accommodate intimate dinners or large celebratory parties. The bar will offer bespoke infused Gins, a quality spirits range, premium wine list and exclusive beer range.Could you sharpen our focus on fresh food?
As Chef De Partie, you’ll be a key ingredient in the success of our busy kitchen, preparing and cooking delicious dishes with an emphasis on freshness.

We will offer you training and support to gain your hygiene qualifications and build your knowledge of food but you’ll need people skills too. Chef De Partie is responsible for the junior roles in the kitchen - giving you a great chance to develop the leadership tendencies you need to advance your catering career.
