Room Divisions Manager – Windsor – £40,000 + benefits

A great opportunity has arisen with this busy property for a Rooms Division Manager / Hotel Operations Manager to lead the following divisions: Front Office day and night, Leisure, Concierge and Guest Experience and Housekeeping.

You will be responsible for the smooth day to day operations, delivery of all service standards whilst ensuring efficiency and financial results for the property.

You will work closely with the F&B Manager and the Senior Management team in constantly and consistently improving guests experience and maximizing revenue.

What are we looking for?

  • Experience as Senior Manager within a large 3 or 4* quality hotel of 100 plus bedrooms
  • Degree or diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent
  • Possess strong commercial acumen, with experience in increasing profitability
  • Previous experience in a leisure lead operation is beneficial
  • Experience managing budgets and financial reports / analysis
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • In-depth knowledge of the hotel/leisure/service sector
