Senior Chef de Partie / Junior Sous Chef
Our menu has a spine of freshly prepared, classic British dishes, complemented by some more exotic influences from other parts of the world: in other words, modern British cookery. Our passion lies in finding quality ingredients and preparing, cooking and presenting them in a modern but unpretentious way.
We’re looking for someone who, as well as having excellent skills as a Senior Chef de Partie/Junior Sous Chef, has a passion for good, fresh food, a good head for business and experience in helping to set and achieve GP percentages and wage targets.
For us it’s all about serving fresh, simple, high quality traditional dishes extremely well and together with the Head Chef you will help write the menus, assist in sourcing ingredients from the best suppliers and set and maintain the highest standards of food quality and consistency.
The potential here is enormous and we’re looking for an ambitious and committed chef with a passion for good food who is ready to take the next step in their career. We provide all our chefs with real opportunities to develop with us into a senior chef role with training and support in place for you along the way.
Depending on your experience, we’ll reward you with a salary starting from £22,000 - £25,000 plus paid overtime, tips and company benefits and you’ll be part of a successful, growing company who have been awarded Pub Group of the Year on five occasions.
