Job Summary

EVENTS MANAGER – THE LANGHAM, LONDON

We are currently seeking to recruit a true hospitality professional, with the flair to deliver service at the highest level, in the position of Events Manager.

As an Events Manager you will be tasked with looking after all residential events that take place in the hotel. This will include event planning, rooming list co-ordination and BEO confirmation after final contract has been turned over as “definite” with signed contract from sales team for residential group bookings with catering space.

Requirement

Key requirements for the Events Manager role are as follows:

  • Previous experience within Events department in a similar environment/property is essential
  • Strong admin skills and great attention to details
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer focused
  • Previous use of Opera and Delphi systems is an advantage
