We are looking for a CHEF DE PARTIE – in a central location with an exciting growing company.
The Bull and the Hide is a modern city pub, with an elegant dining room and a boutique hotel in the heart of the city. We are located 1 minute from Liverpool Street station.
Our kitchen makes a huge mix of food ranging from the pub classics, such as burgers and fish and chips, to our restaurant menu that offers Cornish crab, scallop ceviche and chateaubriand. We use only the freshest and best produce around and encourage our kitchen team to be creative and inspirational.
We are a busy venue - catering breakfast for our hotel guests, lunch for the city workers, as well as our restaurant providing elegant dishes all day.
The kitchen is fast paced at lunch times and evenings in the week, and a little bit quieter over the weekend.
We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our reasonably new site/business. You will be working in a team of 7-9 and you will be delivering the highest standards of food whilst complying with health and safety regulations.
You will also be working with the General Manager to continually develop and shape our restaurant offering and canapé/function packages – As well as maintain a good selection of specials.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about the food that they serve and someone who will fit into a close knit team.
We are offering a competitive salary plus a percentage of service charge. It is a full time position and you will be expected to work 40-50 hours per week. You will also receive 28 days paid holiday per year.
