Kitchen Manager vacancy: Woodford is looking for a new Kitchen Manager! It's a wonderful carvery on the edge of a busy arterial route in and out of London and has traded as a Toby for several years now following conversion from Harvester. If you have Kitchen Manager experience and you're looking for a new opportunity we'd love to hear from you! Sales are regularly in excess of £27500 a week and over 2500 meals a week through its relatively small carvery. Whoever the lucky new Kitchen Manager is, they'll benefit as the site has had an outstanding remodel within the last 2 years.
The business is supported with a thriving pub and completed by an external drinking/dining area. This vacancy would suit an experienced Kitchen Manager with the ability to drive and lead a team.
The candidate should be able to cope with high volume and be able to deliver outstanding kitchen standards in both cleanliness and practices.
Finally, they should also be able to deliver outstanding levels of guest service and a passion for growing sales and delivery of excellence in service.
Kitchen Manager role:
