We have an exciting opportunity for a customer experience manager to work closely with the GM and Senior Management Team and launch a new trampoline park in Chelmsford, Essex. We are looking for candidates who have had significant operational and front of house management experience in running a large multipurpose health and fitness, children's activity or family entertainment centre. The role of customer experience manager will be hands on and fast paced as you and your team will be the first point of contact for hundreds of customers and parents coming to visit the park on a daily basis for free jumping and parties.

Duties include:

* The ongoing, recruiting coaching and training of your team and ensuring that every member trained and coached to deliver the highest levels of customer service
* You will set the rotas and ensure staff are effectively allocated across the opening hours of the park.
* Responsible for the promotion, allocation and management of up to 250 children's parties per month.
* Accountability for managing the inventory of stock including socks, merchandise, uniforms and consumables.
* Carrying out duty management shifts across the park where health and safety is of paramount importance
* Cashing up, daily banking and ordering supplies.
* You will be customer facing and highly visible within the role requiring first class interpersonal and communication skills.

We are looking to offer the successful candidate a highly competitive basic salary of up to £28K with a performance bonus of up to £5K. All candidates will be expected to work a minimum of one weekend in two on a shift basis with a range of predominantly middle and late shifts within the week.
