The successful candidate must be passionate about food, targets and have experience in leading a team. This City Centre venue is looking for a Kitchen Manager who can lead the team to then next level and will be able to drive volume and sales through great standards and quick service. In return the successful candidate will receive a competitive salary and benefit package as well as the opportunity to make up to £4k bonus on top of their annual salary plus much more in the way of incentives and rewards.
Kitchen Manager role:
- Overseeing food ordering
- Food preparation
- Delivery of operations
- Managing a team
- Stock control
- Conforming at all times with health and hygiene regulations
