Chef de Partie required for this superb award winning restaurant serving a daily changing 3/3/3 menu at lunch alongside evening A La Carte menu offering more refined cooking
The Head Chef is looking for somebody with previous experience of cooking with all fresh ingredients, ideally to rosette standard although this is not essential if you can demonstrate some good cooking skills
As Chef de Partie you will be working as part of a team, part of your duties will be to assist with daily prep and to ensure that your section is clean, organised and ready for service.
This is currently a live out position so applicants will need to live in the Broadway, Evesham, Moreton-in-marsh or possibly Stow-on-the-Wold area with their own transport if required
Excellent Basic Salary of upto £18,000 (Depending upon experience)
Share of Staff Tips (approximately £3,000 per year from weekly cash tips and quarterly credit card)
