Our Customer Sales & Reservations Advisors are a central point of contact for all Premier Inn enquiries and our Central Reservations Department is a fast-paced and vibrant team that is always on the go!

As a Customer Sales & Reservations Advisor, you will be responsible for:-

* Managing incoming calls and emails from guests looking to reserve rooms and gain insight in to our hotels.
* Taking full ownership of each booking and ensuring that all elements of their request is catered for; from confirming room availability or hotel facilities or special requirements including ground floor bookings or disabled facilities
* Recommending our market-leading promotions including Breakfast or Meal Deals to maximise revenue opportunities and ensure our guests have an excellent Premier Inn experience that is superb value for money
* Maintaining and delivering high quality and professional customer service to meet our exacting quality standards

Working hours:-

Full Time:- 37.5 hrs per week - working 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis between 8am-10pm

Part Time:- 16 hrs per week - working 6pm - 10pm 4 evenings per week
