The Commercial is a soulful pub at the heart of Herne Hill's buzzing community, it offers real ales, 18 speciality beers along with plenty of fine wines. With an imminent remodel on the way, we require a Kitchen Manager who can develop and engage their team. We are looking for a Kitchen Manager who can drive food sales, food quality along with passion for the brand and overall business performance.

Kitchen Manager role:
- Overseeing food ordering
- Food preparation
- Delivery of operations
- Managing a team
- Stock control
- Conforming at all times with health and hygiene regulations
- Dedicating time to develop your team using our tailored development framework
You’ll train, motivate and inspire your team to deliver an efficient food operation and be responsible for the kitchen’s financial performance which can lead to attractive rewards.
