The Buckie farm in Aberdeen has recently been converted to a Stonehouse Pizza & Carvery and is looking for a talented Kitchen Manager to lead the kitchen team, as the first Stonehouse conversion in Scotland.
Our new Kitchen Manager will play a key role in setting the standard and helping to role the brand out across the country. Previous experience in leading a branded kitchen operation highly desirable as is experience of being a fully integrated member of the management team but most importantly you should have Great Standards, Engaging Leadership skills, an Eye for Detail and an Uncompromising Obsession with Guest Satisfaction.
Kitchen Manager role:
- Overseeing food ordering
- Food preparation
- Delivery of operations
- Managing a team
- Stock control
- Conforming at all times with health and hygiene regulations
- Dedicating time to develop your team using our tailored development framework
You’ll train, motivate and inspire your team to deliver an efficient food operation and be responsible for the kitchen’s financial performance which can lead to attractive rewards.
