Customer feedback is outstanding having done a brilliant job at building up the business with the regular customers!

Their first branch opened in 2005 and they have since successful launched now 4 others! Their aim was to deliver a more original and local alternative to the chains.

This company is very much focused at satisfying their customer in every way! My clients are looking for Assistant Managers who have big personalities and who really know how to get on with and manage people. They need forward thinking managers who are always happy to go the extra mile.

Assistant / Trainee Store Managers must:

* Must be currently working at Assistant Store management level or Supervisor within a food retail/ production concept (at least 2 years of experience)
* Have full financial awareness with responsibilities for assisting your manager with journal reconciliation, banking and P&L
* Store Managers are also responsible organising staff rotas and controlling labour costs, basic knowledge of staff disciplinary procedures with essential levels for Basic Food Hygiene & Health & Safety are desirable

The perfect Assistant / Trainee Store Manager should be

* Flexible, "hands on" and will require good people communication skills with personality able to build good team spirit, motivate and develop as well as recruit team members and have confidence as well as good customer service awareness.

In addition to the above, initiative, decision making and problem solving would be an asset implementing ideas and strategies for increasing sales whilst maintaining costs.
