Sous Chef Gerrards Cross Buckinghamshire upto AA Rosette Upto 35K Package
Sous Chef is required for this superb, Country House Hotel using all fresh ingredients for their busy restaurant, bar and function suites.
The hands on, Head Chef is looking for a Sous Chef to work alongside him and the team on a daily basis.
As Sous Chef you need to have previous experience of cooking all fresh ingredients to a high consistent standard
Most importantly as a Sous Chef you will need to have the confidence and skills required to run the kitchen on the Head Chefs days off, we are looking for a team player, someone with a real passion for cooking and with the patience to help train this into juniors.
Temporary live is available for upto 3 month to allow somebody to relocate to the area if required ideally applicants will need to live in the Slough, Gerrards Cross, Beaconsfield, High Wycombe, Hayes or possibly Watford area with their own transport if required.
Excellent Salary upto £30,000 (depending on experience)
Share of Staff Tips (approx. £250 per month, £3000 per year)
Share of Kitchen Bonus (upto £500 per Quarter, £2000 per year)
