Sous Chef required for this contemporary Japanese Restaurant and Cocktail Bar
The Head Chef is looking for a Sous Chef who has been trained in every section of a Japanese Restaurant from Tempura to Sushi and Robata Grill with the ability to step into any section when required to cover for holidays etc
The Executive chef was formally trained in Nobu for 7 years and he is looking for a Sous Chef with a high level of skill who is looking to be developed. Hard work, attention to detail, excellent people skills and a genuine passion for food are essential for this role.
The Head Chef sees this a crucial role and is looking for somebody who will work with their existing menus, tweaking and improving whilst also bringing some new ideas to the team
Applicants will need to be able to travel into central London for this position
Basic salary of upto £27,000 - £32,500 (depending upon experience)
Share of Tips/Tronc (average of £2,000 per year)
