Our business is temporary staff. We mainly serve the hospitality and events industry at the moment but we want to be THE place for any staffing needs in any industry with a particular focus being on growing our Retail and Admin sector. The role is demanding but diverse giving you the opportunity to use your charisma, your skills in sales and business development all whilst representing the LOLA Staffing brand.
You will be working in a team of motivated, opportunity-seeking individuals like Diana, Eve and Jo. Diana is the most confident person you will ever meet (she’s also a great friend) and has been with the business since the early days working with clients spending tens of thousands… they now spend millions of pounds with us. Jo has effortlessly won clients worth hundreds of thousands of pounds in her first year. Eve, with her attention to detail, has ensured the satisfaction of countless selective clients and staff who she works alongside on a daily basis making her an absolute hit!
You will be given a portfolio of clients and some targets, you’ll need to grow those clients and find a few more on top of that. Using our database of temporary staff you will identify and approach suitable staff who match the requirements of your clients to fulfil their staffing requests. That requires self-motivation, a hunger for success and the “fist-pump feeling” when you secure a new client; it’s what it takes to turn tens of thousands into millions. We’re a young bunch but have almost a decade’s experience in staffing which has made a multi-million pound company within a few years. With your help, that will be tens of millions.
Work is office based, but you will have the opportunity to adventure through London as you go to meet clients, both new and existing, to develop and build relationships with them
The office is busy, phones going off regularly but it’s also like a family, we support each other and we will support you too. If you think you’re good then Diana and Jo can make you better. You’ll have flexible working hours, lunch provided (we all eat together) and close to 36 days holiday per year including your birthday!
We are right around the corner from Shoreditch and we socialise regularly. It might be bowling or pub quiz or drinks with clients and we always have fun! Three things we really care about is driving our business, looking after our staff and having fun (and prosecco!)
The pay would be negotiable at 20-25k per annum with an aggressive commission structure quarterly, this means that a sales person could get up to 40k per annum. We also have a training budget for courses that will add value to the company and to you, we expect you to use it, you can’t be a good sales person without an eagerness to learn.
You don't need to have sales experience to get this job if you're the right person. Graduates welcome as well.
