1Life are recruiting for an ambitious Membership Manager who will set up pro-active sales strategies and write/implement effective lead generation plans to sell the products and services on offer in-centre.
It will be your responsibility to manage the membership team through daily KPI’s, training and ongoing assessment, in line with procedures from 1Life’s quality management system. As well, monitor and maintain integrity in terms of administration, updating of customers records, reporting and responding back to customers.
Working closely with reception and liaising with all other centre departments you’ll need a good product and event knowledge and to be involved with all opportunities and deliver excellent service. We’d expect you to organise the promotion of the centre in the community with local businesses, outlets, at events and maximise all opportunities.
With a minimum of 6 – 12 months sales experience, applicants must be self-motivated and target-driven, agreeing to achieve financial and unit sales targets with our General Manager. With a “can-do” attitude, great communication skills, IT skills, you’ll be organised and have a passion for helping people get results.
