Due to an internal promotion we have an amazing opportunity for an experienced, live-out General Manager at Missoula in Milton Keynes,situated in the Hub, a vibrant restaurant and bar district right in the centre of the city just 10 minutes from the M1 J14. 

Operating over two floors with a full service restaurant upstairs and a large wrap-around bar on the ground floor, this business is all about quality with a great reputation for excellent service, superb food and drink that includes a premium cocktail offer. The trade is predominantly drawn from the evening with Friday and Saturday being key nights that benefit from having a license till 2a.m; there is music in the bar area which begins after the restaurant’s last orders at 10p.m setting up an upbeat and lively vibe but where people can relax and chill. The opportunity here is to drive the daytime offer to grow sales and to build on a business which is already trading strongly.

The ideal General Manager will someone with a confident and assured attitude, a great communicator and able to talk to a wide range of people.  Someone who really understands what a quality offer looks like; excellent, consistent food and drink delivery, outstanding operational standards, and a passion for fantastic customer service. We are looking for a General Manager who is able to drive sales through innovative marketing and developing reasons to visit with the ability to use social media to its’ maximum potential and take the venue to the next level of success. It is essential that you are an inspirational Leader with a true belief in recruiting great people, training and coaching them to develop an exceptional team that has a passion for working in hospitality and delighting their Customers.
