Programme Coordinator  – Victoria Office

Position:              Programme Coordinator

Reports to:          Programme Manager

Location:             Victoria

Salary:                £20,000.00 - £24,000.00

Job Type:             Fixed Term Contract until 31st July  2018, 40Hrs a week

Start date:          ASAP

Condition:          Subject to DBS Clearance

The Role

Note this role requires flexibility to ensure we meet the needs of the service and may require evening / weekend work from multiple venues

We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced and motivated individual with a specialist interest in project managing data collection for community based health services.

You should have excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise work areas and meet deadlines. You will be responsible for corresponding with a range of colleagues, clients and partners and therefore you must possess well developed interpersonal and communication skills. You must also have experience of working as part of a team.  

You will need well developed IT skills, especially in Microsoft Word and Excel. You will also need to demonstrate an ability to collate data and present it clearly and concisely for colleagues.

You should be creative, flexible and pro-active with excellent planning and time management. This role will be based in central Three Borough office.

This is a fixed term contract until 31st July 2018, commencing 1st August, with the potential for contract extension beyond this date and is subject to satisfactory enhanced DBS check.
