Position:       Head of IT Transformation

Reports to:   Finance Director (Temporarily to Chief Executive)

Location:      Linden House, Bromley;

Salary:          circa £60k

Job Type:      Permanent, full time (hours can be negotiable);

The Head of IT Transformation is a new senior post. The successful candidate will lead the transformation of our IT capability for the company, guided by implementation of the IT strategy, and prioritised in line with the overall company strategy and business plan. You will oversee the IT team and financial resources.

You will have strengths in linking strategy to operational implementation, with proven project management ability. You are a good manager of people, in particular technical specialists, and able to articulate vision and how their work is relevant. You are a team player, strong on collaborating and influencing, and proactive in getting outcomes.
