A Great opportunity, for a Commis Chef to join the team at this Stunning Hotel set in its own beautiful grounds. The New Head Chef is looking for somebody who has worked at least 18 months in the industry and has worked in ‘all fresh food’ hotel or restaurant kitchens.
Daily duties will include preparing a wide range of dishes for the all fresh brasserie restaurant, fine dining restaurant, midweek corporate meetings and buffets to superb weekend weddings and popular Sunday lunches
As Commis Chef it is you will be expected to learn the dishes as shown to you by Chef de Parties to the standard set by the head chef, at this stage of your career it is understood that you will still be learning however you will be expected to have good knife skills.
As Commis Chef you would be trained to work in all sections of the kitchen and get continuous training and will be trained in all sections of the kitchen with the opportunity to complete further NVQs available for those candidates wishing to further develop.
Excellent Basic Salary upto £15,000 (depending upon experience)
