Chef de Partie
As a Chef de Partie part of your responsibilities will include supporting the Head Chef in the day to day running of the Chalet Hotel kitchen.
As Chef de Partie, you will ideally have a full working knowledge of all kitchen sections including pastry.
You will supervise other team members in the absence of the Head Chef ensuring our high standards and professionalism.
You will be a strong part of the Chalet Hotel kitchen team, catering for 30 to 200 guests. In return, you will gain excellent experience and a real chance to further your kitchen career.
