Are you a Kitchen Manager looking for a fantastic new opportunity? We are looking for Kitchen Managers to lead the chef team towards our goal of always delivering food to exceptional standards, delivering excellent customer service in the kitchen to support the front of house operation...and ultimately ensure a fantastic guest experience!



About the Pub -

An exciting new addition to The Castlegate Retail park is our New build Hungry Horse scheduled to open early December 2016. This site has excellent links to M5/M6, close to the local train station and the various cities of the West Midlands.

AWT - £30 to £35k

Expected split - Food 60 Wet 40

Your Key Responsibilities will be to manage the opening and closing of the kitchen, prepare, cook and present food to company specification, keep the kitchen clean, tidy and hygienic at all times, maintain accurate food ordering and stocking levels, including kitchen materials, manage all kitchen – related office administration and third-party contractors, assist in delivering financial targets set for the house, manage wastage and train and develop staff.
