A beautiful, chocolate box character building on the outskirts of Ashby, the Ferrers is a must see pub. This is a business with a really good reputation in the local area, and with a very strong food trade. It has a split level trading area, sizable kitchen, outdoor play area and well positioned patio area for al fresco dining.
The pub attracts a wide range of customers from pensioners to business professionals, young families to mature couples. This is a destination site, so it’s good reputation pulls customers from far and wide.

Ideally we are looking for an experienced manager or couple, with strong food background, who can demonstrate a skill for leading and inspiring a large team to deliver exceptional levels of customer service.
The pub has an experienced and very capable Assistant Manager, who will shortly be joining the Deputy programme. We also have a strong Supervisor and shift leader structure in place. The kitchen team are solid and very capable.

As an experienced Manager you will know the ins and outs of managing a branded business: from stock control to driving sales you will be at the top of your game. You won't necessarily need to know how to tap a cask or run a kitchen, we can help with those skills but you will be able to motivate and inspire your team to deliver unbeatable customer service. Confidence and personality are crucial in our pubs!
