The Fox Cub is a recent Two For One new build pub which continues to attract both local regular customers and passion trade due to its prominent roadside location on a main arterial route. The pub is located on Durham Gate, one of the largest leisure developments in the area.

We are looking for a General Manager or Management couple with a real passion for delivery of exceptional service and standards, a strong focus on team is also a must. This would be an excellent opportunity for a high performing deputy to make a mark in this strong business with scope for further growth.

As an experienced Manager you will know the ins and outs of managing a branded business: from stock control to driving sales you will be at the top of your game. You won't necessarily need to know how to tap a cask or run a kitchen, we can help with those skills but you will be able to motivate and inspire your team to deliver unbeatable customer service. Confidence and personality are crucial in our pubs!
