An exciting opportunity has arisen to be a member of the Mytime Active Team. You must be able to demonstrative strong administrative skills and give evidence of experience. You need to be highly organised, recognise when a matter needs escalation and only give advice within your knowledge, skills and remit. Great excel and systems experience is essential and previous experience of using HR systems is preferred. You are likely to have previously held a similar post in a ‘high volume’ HR environment. You will be able to work well autonomously and as part of a team, and be able to communicate effectively and use your own initiative, working without supervision or direction on occasions. Accuracy and attention to detail is essential as you will be issuing employment contracts.
Responsibility for day-to-day HR administration activities (employment, L&D, benefits, employee relations, recruitment and selection & exit interviews)
