We’re rightly proud of our hotel and friendly, informative teams of staff who love looking after our guests. As Reception Supervisor you will be supervising the Front Office Team and ensuring that all front office procedures are delivered with personality. You will be required to supervise the reception desk during the shift, assisting with check in and check out of our guests ensuring that all requirements are met during their stay. You will be expected to be a point of contact for our guests should they have any queries, answering the telephone, providing assistance and delivering amazing hospitality. Reception Supervisors must be organized, a good communicator and a hands-on supervisor. Experience in a front office team of a similar quality hotel is required and previous experience of working with Fidelio / Opera is beneficial. You must have passion for hospitality and deliver service with a smile.
