Job Description

Taste the difference in our Kitchen…. Pastry Chefs are responsible for the pastry section and all the sweet tasting sensations that it produces. You will be required to develop the commis chefs and as part of the role you will be expected to maintain standards of food hygiene and health and safety. Our fabulous menus include a la carte, daily specials and our dishes allow us the opportunity to showcase some of the best local food producers who share our passion for great local and seasonal products. Pastry Chefs must be passionate about food and delivering amazing hospitality to our guests.

Hotel Description

Lovingly converted from a Grade II-listed mansion, Hotel du Vin Tunbridge Wells is one of this beautiful spa town's architectural landmarks. We've enhanced the authentic Georgian period detail, and, of course, added our own characteristic flourishes throughout.
