Street League use sport and physical activity to tackle youth unemployment. We specialise in helping our participants (16-24 year olds from disadvantaged communities) progress from our unique football/dance fitness and education programmes into sustainable employment, education and training.

We are a growing organisation and currently operate across the UK in 14 regions, including Greater London, the North East and North West of England, the Midlands and across Scotland in Glasgow, Lanarkshire, Ayrshire, Clyde West, Dunbartonshire, Edinburgh & the Lothians.  We have an international profile and we engage over 2000 participants each year.

Responsible for positive participant outcomes into Employment, Education and Training, the progressions team are an integral part of Street League operational delivery. Targeted on delivery and outcomes you will report to the Operations Manager. 

We are currently recruiting a Progressions Coordinator in Edinburgh. The Progressions Coordinator will be required to deliver group employability and personal development workshops at the Street League Academy. They will carry out 1-2-1 progression meetings with Street League participants and liaise with employers and colleges to broker opportunities and support young people into Education, Employment or Training.

Experience in delivering employability services and job brokering is essential, plus an appropriate assessor qualification. Considerations will be made for candidates with experience in delivering training or in careers guidance.
