Retention Manager - Wandsworth
This is a new and exciting position created by this fledgling leisure operator who have plans to grow their business further.
The Retention Manager will be responsible for improving the customer experience across three of their gym facilities in Wandsworth from initial enquiry to the type and frequency of contact with gym members, working closely with the site General and Assistant Managers to encourage users to be more active more often.
The post holder will be responsible for managing their new CRM software systems, training sites on how to use this software and to coach and influence how team members interact with prospects and customers. The post holder will also collate reports, analyse membership data and devise new business strategies to attract and retain more customers.
We are interested in talking to candidates with CRM experience within the health and fitness industry who have been responsible for managing sales or retention processes and activities, possibly as a Membership Manager, Fitness Manager or Customer Relations Manager. You will have previously influenced, coached and developed team members to buy into and comply with new ways of working and demonstrate an ability to adapt and think on your feet during this time of change. We are also looking for a creative and independent thinker as being a new role there will be opportunity to bring to life your own ideas to move the business forward. You will also be highly proficient in using CRM software and Windows programmes and have experience in collating, reporting, analysing and presenting information. A working knowledge of The Retention People software would be highly advantageous.
