Database/Contingency Recruitment
This is a very reactive method of recruitment but is the most popular. Leisurejobs Exec has a sophisticated recruitment database with over 35,000 candidates and clients covering several industry sectors. After taking a detailed brief we then do an advanced search based on the criteria for selection. Not only do 'active job seekers' come up in the search but also those 'passive jobs seekers' who are not actively looking but who have asked Leisurejobs Exec to keep them advised of potential suitable career opportunities.
In addition to the database we use our extensive network of contacts, industry knowledge and thorough understanding of our client requirements to develop a good shortlist of people.
Retained Assignments
This method is usually undertaken for senior assignments, highly confidential ones, or those that require specialist skills difficult to find in the open market. It is also very cost effective because the client is guaranteed a result.
We work closely with our client to develop a tailored solution for attracting the right caliber of candidate. After taking a detailed brief we will draw up a specification and identify the most appropriate method of recruitment. This might include advertising and/or a search and selection assignment.
Advertised Selection
This type of approach is highly effective in delivering either multiple candidates or senior level people.
We use our Advertising Agency to develop an advertising strategy. They will then purchase space in relevant media publication and on-line. With you we will generate the brief for the advert spending time on copy so that the most appropriate candidates are attracted. This is a tailored service so the advert can take any format, it can be in your house style, branded or totally new and creative. All our negotiated discounts are passed directly on to you.
Executive Search
This is the most sophisticated method of recruitment and is often used for recruiting at a senior level.
After taking a detailed brief from our client, our team will go into the field and source the most qualified candidates in the marketplace. The only limiting factor is that we will not head headhunt from clients with whom we have a PSL agreement.
Managed Services
This is a completely bespoke service and is used if the client would like to outsource recruitment for a specific project or outsource the recruitment function altogether.
We will adopt a consultative approach with the client, present a variety of cost effective and dynamic solutions, then agree on which is the most appropriate. We are able to offer the complete resource solution and can combine any of our Exec, Temp and Administrative services to meet the needs of the client.
